Stuns,  should they be allowed on MW2 when they were banned from COD4?!?

Ok, so  everyone who plays this will know, when your running the flag or just about to kill someone, BANG you get hit with a stun, ok thats allright start to shake it off, BANG another stun then straight after that the semtex comes. Then thats you dead.

Don't you hate it when this happens? Stuns were banned for Competitive Gaming on COD4 so why not MW2? Personally i think they should be banned. Even though flash's last for longer, stun, stun, semtex is the biggest annoyence in the world. Post up what YOU think!
